DESIGN MANAGEMENT

We have several experts in Design Management within the Hive Consultive team. The Design Manager does not take on or diminish the Lead and Co-ordination roles and responsibilities of the Lead Consultant, but has a facilitation and co-ordination role which allows the various consultant parties to come together, raise and solve queries and progress through the design progress smoothly.

The role of the Design Manager is not to design although many Design Managers do come from a design background and therefore do appreciate the challenges faced by all parties. The Design Manager will prompt and ensure the delivery of design documentation, design reports etc however the Project Consultants are responsibly for the delivery of the content.
