Our services include:

Project Initiation and Design

Liaise with external bodies (legal, Government Departments, local Councils etc)

Advise on the appointment of consultants

Advise on project structure: hierarchy, meetings, lines of communication, user groups etc

Advise stakeholders that are relevant to the project

Review the project program and advise on updates

Agree deliverables and dates with consultant team

Agree compliance checking procedures

Coordination with all consultants to ensure deliverables are achieved

Co-ordinate delivery of design through design stages reporting to the client at strategically agreed points and ensure review comments are incorporated into the project documentation

Advise client on all changes, updates, departures to brief and facilitate sign off as agreed

Ensure the preparation and update of project cost plans and project cost reporting
Procurement

Advise client on procurement strategies and agree strategy and contract type

Advise on potential companies to deliver the construction phase of the project

Ensure consultant team delivery against program and that documentation is available to the cost advisor to ensure delivery of the pre tender estimate

Manage the tender process to building companies including interviews

Assess the tender responses and project assessment report and recommendations to client in collaboration with the lead consultant and cost advisor
Management of Delivery Phase

Confirmation of contractor deliverables: programme; management plans; sample deliverables etc

Agreement of regular meetings including attendees and reaffirmation of communication and project structure

Agreement of any client supplied long lead time items and the dates when items must be ordered by

Ensure the contract set of documents are issued by consultants to the contractor

Ensure all permits are in place prior to site set up and / or commencement of works

Ensure the consultant team are performing contracted tasks and scope

Attendance as meetings, site walks, client meetings (as agreed) to ensure progress is monitored

Monthly progress reports to client team including progress against budget

Monitoring of financial items: ensure progress claims are being processed smoothly and on time; assessment and processing of any variations or other financial matters
Project Completion

Ensuring that any legislative / government / council requirements / statutory approvals etc have been applied for and closed out accordingly by the responsible party

Ensure that the contractor has made available all pre PC items: commissioning plans and program; witnessing and testing, FM and operational staff training, draft O&M manuals; planned defect inspections

Facilitation of PC and handover

Processing of any completion items such as payments, documents, any post PC items required for licensing applications

Assistance in planning 'move ins'

Assistance during the DLP and cost out of the final account
